The idea behind good nutrition is to focus on feeding yourself healthy, nutrient rich foods which make you feel good, rather than feeling deprived and starving yourself. By eating healthy foods, you will have more energy, feel stronger and your subconscious body image will improve. Instead of craving foods that are bad for you, you will find yourself feeling so good about your body, you will begin to crave foods that are good for you. The key is learning how to listen to your body.
